ABOUT US

We are family-oriented, supporting improved change in families thus, our name ‘New Life Support Services’. We understand what families go through in wanting to get a family member to be independent, community involvement, moving from point A to point B without wanting to use public transport.

We provide the assurance that your family member involvement in any NDIS management approved plan will be followed and travelling out of the house to social events will be taken care of. We will always provide a comfortable and safe transport vehicle to events and back. We have been in the public domain for a while rendering personal care, household tasks, and driving services; the director of the company has 15 years of work experience involving people with disability and special needs.

We have fleet of quality vehicles to do pick-up and drop-off services for people with disability going to school, day-program, functions and many more.

NDIS

NDIS AS EXPLAINED: The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds costs associated with disability. The scheme was legislated in 2013 and went into full operation in 2020.

The scheme provides funding for Australians under the age of 65 with disability and enable them (with the help of providers and specialist) choose and determine their own future. The NDIS funding provides people with disability a range of options that may suit their needs and allow them to live an independent and comfortable live. The benefit of the scheme is to improve the quality life of a person with disability and also provide support and assistance to family members.
